Jason Kleinprintz, Chief Financial Officer
Jason has an extensive finance and business management background, including over 12 years in leasing. Jason spent nine years at GE Commercial Finance with a keen interest in structuring and pricing financial transactions. After leaving GE, he has been a key contributor for the last 15 years to various companies in a large variety of corporate finance roles, as a consultant. Jason concurrently ran a solo law practice for nine years, where he specialized in small business and employment law. For the last 13 years, he has owned and managed five small businesses. Jason is a graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato and earned his MBA from the University of St. Thomas. He earned his JD from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
Jason is married with three children and enjoys spending his free time watching his kids play soccer. He has been a soccer coach at Chapel Hill Academy for the last six years and serves as treasurer for the Eden Prairie Soccer Club. Jason and his family reside in the Twin Cities and enjoy downhill skiing, water sports, and the outdoors.
